Walk-in wardrobes & dressing rooms

Turn getting ready into a more organised part of your day. A walk-in wardrobe or dressing room brings clothes, shoes and accessories together in a layout planned around the space you have.

Based in Bromsgrove, Stuart Crawford brings over 10 years of industry experience to homes across Worcestershire and the surrounding region.

Your room is the starting point

Tell us what is missing from your current storage. A free design consultation is an opportunity to discuss your space, priorities and ideas.

A dressing space that works around you

A successful layout balances storage with comfortable movement. We consider the entrance, circulation space and the belongings you use most, then discuss how open storage, doors and drawers could work together.

Hanging space

Plan the balance of long and short hanging sections around your clothes. Everyday pieces can stay within easy reach, with less-used items stored elsewhere.

Shelves & drawers

Give folded clothes, bags and smaller accessories their own places. Different storage types can be combined to keep the layout useful as your needs change.

Open or enclosed storage

Open shelving makes belongings easy to see; doors provide a calmer visual finish. We can discuss a combination that suits your routines and the room.

Lighting & mirrors

Consider how you will see and use the space. Lighting positions, mirrors and any dressing area should be discussed early, alongside access to power where required.

Think beyond the storage wall

The first conversation helps us understand the room and what you want to change. Any photographs or rough measurements are useful starting points; the design and specification are agreed around the actual space.

Useful details to share

  • Allow for a comfortable route into and through the space.
  • Consider doors, windows and existing room features.
  • Think about whether the space is shared and how storage will be divided.
  • Share ideas for mirrors, lighting or a dressing surface.

Finish the design your way

Discuss knobs, handles, lighting and internal fittings alongside your furniture. These details affect how the wardrobe looks and works, and can be considered with the other finishes in your bedroom.

Your questions answered

Do I need a separate room for a walk-in wardrobe?

A dedicated room is one option, but part of a bedroom or another suitable space may also work. We need to consider dimensions, access and circulation before recommending a layout.

Can the dressing room include doors as well as open shelving?

Yes. We can discuss open and enclosed areas together. The choice depends on the appearance you want, what you store and the available space.

Can I see examples of your work?

There are examples across the site, and our bespoke projects page shows one-off pieces in more detail. We can also talk through comparable projects during the design visit.

Do you work to a fixed price?

The written quotation sets out the agreed scope and price. If something changes once work is under way — usually because of what is found behind an old unit — we tell you before doing it rather than afterwards.

How do I get started?

Get in touch through the contact form or by phone and we will arrange a design visit at a time that suits. The visit is free and there is no obligation to proceed.
