Designed around your home.

Interiors & Storage Fittings

Make the space behind the doors work for you. Internal shelves, drawers, rails and other fittings can be planned around the belongings that need a home.

Based in Bromsgrove, Stuart Crawford brings over 10 years of industry experience to homes across Worcestershire and the surrounding region.

Plan from the inside out

A good-looking front is only part of the design. We discuss what you store, how often you use it and which items need particular heights or depths, then arrange the interior around practical access.

Hanging space

Consider short and long garments, how storage is shared and where everyday clothing should sit.

Shelving & drawers

Balance open compartments with drawers for smaller items. Dimensions should suit the contents rather than simply dividing the cabinet equally.

Fittings & access

Internal arrangements must work with the doors and available clearances. Discuss any lighting and special storage needs before the layout is agreed.

Plan your project

Photographs, approximate dimensions and a few ideas help us understand the space. We will discuss the proposed layout, materials and practical constraints before agreeing the scope and specification.

Your questions answered

Can the interior be different behind each door?

Yes. Different compartments can serve different purposes, subject to the cabinet construction and door arrangement.

Can I plan internal storage before choosing the fronts?

Yes. Thinking about the contents early helps establish useful dimensions. The inside and outside are then developed together.

Do I get drawings before committing to anything?

Yes. After the design visit you receive drawings together with a written quotation setting out the scope. Nothing is ordered and nothing is charged until you have seen both and agreed to go ahead.

What happens at the first design visit?

We look at the room, measure it properly and talk through what the furniture needs to hold and how you use the space. It helps to have a rough idea of what is going in, but it is a conversation rather than a sales appointment.

Can you remove existing fitted wardrobes first?

Yes. Taking out old units and making good the walls, floor and skirting behind them can be included in the work, so you are not left with patching to organise separately.
