Your questions answered
Is fitted furniture suitable for a small cottage bedroom?
Often it is the best option. Shallower units, full use of height and doors chosen for the clearance available can add usable storage without crowding the room.
Can you match furniture to existing oak or painted joinery?
Yes. We look at what is already in the property during the design visit and match finishes and profiles so the new work does not look bolted on.
Can you remove existing fitted wardrobes first?
Yes. Taking out old units and making good the walls, floor and skirting behind them can be included in the work, so you are not left with patching to organise separately.
Do you work to a fixed price?
The written quotation sets out the agreed scope and price. If something changes once work is under way — usually because of what is found behind an old unit — we tell you before doing it rather than afterwards.
Do you need to move furniture out first?
The room needs to be clear where we are working. We will tell you exactly what needs moving before the installation date so there are no surprises on the morning.
